National Therapy Center is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a center-based, evening schedule in Washington, DC. The role involves overseeing a small caseload after school hours, conducting assessments, and developing individualized treatment plans while supervising RBTs in a hands-on setting.

The position emphasizes collaboration with families and the clinical team to drive meaningful outcomes in a structured, supportive environment with on-site leadership.

Competenze

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Experience working with children with autism preferred.

Location: Clinic-Based
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM (15 hours/week)
Compensation: $95-$105/hour
