Qualifications
- Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
- Current BCBA license or in the next 3 months—students welcome!
- Demonstrated skills implementing ABA with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related disorders
Responsibilities
- Develop and supervise targeted interventions that change lives of children with autism.
- Help clients develop positive behaviors and learn new skills.
- Support families by explaining assessment results and treatment recommendations.
- Advocate for clients by monitoring for issues and communicating concerns.
- Supervise and train a growing team of behavioral technicians.
