Job summary

Collaborative ABA Services, LLC is seeking a clinic-based BCBA to join our team. The role features a small preschool-age caseload (max 7 clients) in a program running 9-3, Monday to Friday, with no required weekends or late evenings.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in ABA or related field required.
• BCBA Certification and CT licensure required.
• Experience with children/adolescents with autism using ABA in clinical/school/home settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage Behavior Technicians
• Provide ongoing supervision to reduce maladaptive behaviors and increase replacement skills
• Conduct clinical assessments to guide programming based on ABA
• Develop and update ABA programs based on assessments and data
• Complete functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention plans
• Oversee implementation of ABA programming including data collection
• Provide training to staff and families on ABA
• Complete monthly progress reports and reassessments for insurance
• Document behaviors and progress using electronic data collection
• Participate in trainings and interdisciplinary team meetings
• Collaborate with supervisory staff
• Maintain client confidentiality and well-being during treatment
• Provide 1:1 supervision to student analysts pursuing BCBA/BCaBA
• Ongoing clinical support provided

Education
