Collaborative ABA Services, LLC is growing and seeking a school-based BCBA for a 20-hour-week role with potential for additional hours. Hourly and salaried options are available; hours are flexible with no weekends or late evenings.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Current BCBA Certification and CT licensure as a Behavior Analyst.
• Experience with children/adolescents with autism using ABA in clinic/school/home settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise Behavior Technicians.
• Conduct ongoing supervision to reduce maladaptive behaviors and increase replacement skills.
• Develop and update ABA programs based on assessments and data.
