Job summary

ZoomCare is seeking a Clinic Associate to join our team in Beaverton, OR. The role focuses on delivering the Perfect Visit experience by handling daily care operations, scheduling, check-in/out, and patient education on navigating ZoomCare records.

The Clinic Associate will perform blood draws, process labs, maintain inventory, and support providers while ensuring a clean, well-organized clinic. Training spans multiple clinics as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ year healthcare, customer service, or administrative experience.
• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Check patients in and out for appointments.
• Schedule new appointments as needed.
• Process patient payments.
• Maintain patient records and insurance information.
• Perform blood draws and processing of specimens.
• Support medical providers and ensure the clinic remains clean and organized.
