Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year healthcare, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Check patients in and out for appointments.
• Schedule new appointments and process payments.
• Educate patients on how to navigate their ZoomCare medical records.
• Maintain patients' demographic and insurance information.
• Perform blood draws and finger sticks per standards.
• Maintain supply inventory and assist with equipment.
• Support medical providers and ensure a clean clinic.
