Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods in Wilmington, Delaware is seeking a Climbing Associate to drive engagement, training and educational programs for teammates and customers within the climbing department.

You will monitor the rock wall, assist climbers of all levels, supervise daily climb operations under the Lead and Assistant Store Manager, and uphold safety, service and product knowledge standards.

Qualifications

• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Climbing certification required.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Drive engagement, training and educational programs for teammates and customers in climbing.
• Monitor rock wall activities and assist climbers of all levels.
• Direct workflow and daily operations of the climb department under the Lead and Assistant Store Manager.
• Drive results, uphold company standards, and assist in other operations as needed.
