Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead the rock wall program and supervise climb sessions to ensure safety and guest satisfaction.
• Instruct climbing techniques and provide consultative product knowledge to customers.
• Train and mentor new associates, manage scheduling, and monitor daily department operations.
• Uphold safety, loss prevention, and merchandising standards in the climb area and store.
