Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Climbing certification required.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Prior retail sales or customer-focused experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in the climb department.
• Instruct climbing techniques for all ages and experience levels.
• Supervise climb sessions and maintain safety standards.
• Assist in scheduling, workflow and training of associates.
