Job summary

Lake Nona H&W Operations in Orlando, FL is seeking a Climbing Manager to lead the club’s climbing program and supervise the Climbing Specialists and Route Setters. You will manage budgets, drive revenue, deliver top‑tier customer service, oversee safety training, plan events, handle staffing and onboarding, and ensure a safe, engaging experience for every member.

Qualifications

• Requires strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Experience managing budgets and KPIs in a facility setting.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Indoor climbing knowledge or certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the climbing team, set performance targets and monitor KPIs.
• Oversee safety training and ensure compliance with sanitization policies.
• Manage budgets, onboarding, scheduling and payroll for the department.
• Coordinate events, class bookings, memberships and youth programs.
• Maintain facility, equipment, and maintenance logs; ensure high service levels.
• Partner with department heads to drive community engagement and revenue targets.
