Endurance Climbing in Burlington, WA is seeking an Operations Manager who blends hands-on gym leadership with a passion for youth programs and community outreach. This part-time role (25–35 hours per week) invites a proactive leader to shape daily operations, guest experiences, and training of staff.

You’ll partner with the owner to identify growth opportunities, develop new programs, coordinate events, and strengthen our climbing community while maintaining a safe, inclusive space for climbers

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a team.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Experience with youth programs or community organizations preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily gym operations and maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, communication, and accountability.
• Lead youth climbing programs, camps, classes, and events; coordinate community outreach.
