Portland Rock Gym is seeking an Assistant Gym Manager - Sales to lead floor operations, supervise front desk staff, and drive membership and retail sales. This full-time role requires evening/weekend availability and a focus on customer experience in a bustling fitness environment.

Responsibilities include managing daily operations, coaching staff, and coordinating with the Operations team to ensure safety, accuracy, and high service standards across all departments.

Qualifications

• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Experience in a customer service-focused environment (fitness, retail, hospitality, or recreation).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily gym operations as Floor Manager.
• Lead front desk staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Manage membership sales, renewals, and coaching on product knowledge.
• Collaborate with Operations to address staffing and facility needs.
• Support events, programs, and location-wide initiatives.
