The Gravity Vault Hoboken is seeking an energetic Assistant Manager to ensure smooth front desk operations, uphold safety standards on the climbing floor, and support staff productivity while delivering exceptional customer service.

With a background in retail or fitness leadership, you will supervise daily activities, manage schedules, and coordinate events, all while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and safety across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory experience in retail or fitness environments.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong customer service focus.
• Experience handling payments and cash transactions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations and smooth flow of classes, events, and customer activity.
