You will work closely with tax professionals to match clients with the right expert and manage check-ins, documents, and office flow.

This role emphasizes professionalism, confidentiality, and a client-first approach. Evening and weekend availability during tax season is required, with training provided and opportunities

Qualificações

• Experience working in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with team and serve clients professionally.

• Organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfort using basic computer programs and digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Teams and scheduling systems).
• Availability to work evenings and weekends during tax season.
