Job summary

DeKalb Health is seeking an Implementation/Transition Manager in Technical Field Services to bridge sales and BAU operations, focusing on implementing newly contracted client services and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.

You will lead client engagement during transitions, maintain governance to prevent scope creep, and collaborate with various teams to ensure service go-live, reporting, and handover to BAU, with travel up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Operations Management.
• 5+ years of experience in implementation, client onboarding, service transition, or program management, ideally within 3PL, supply chain, logistics, or managed services.
• Certifications such as PMP/PRINCE2 and ITIL Foundation+; Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagement during transitions and ensure governance to prevent scope creep.
• Maintain RACI and RAG logs and coordinate with Partner Management to address supplier issues.
• Track account P&L during transition and ensure go-live and handover to BAU.
