TriNet, Atlanta, GA-based, is seeking a Manager, Transition Strategy Partner to lead a team delivering enterprise-wide transition strategies from pre-sale through onboarding to steady-state service. You will translate strategic transition plans into operational execution, guiding teams, aligning with Sales, and ensuring high-quality customer outcomes.

This role requires 5+ years in customer onboarding/transition services and 2+ years of people leadership, plus CAPM/PMP or equivalent

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Typically 5+ years customer onboarding, implementation, transition services, or related areas.
• Typically 2+ years people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Transition Strategy Partners to drive performance and capability building.
• Oversee end-to-end transition delivery to ensure timely onboarding and customer outcomes.
• Partner with Sales to align scoping and solution design with onboarding execution.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to track onboarding timelines and quality.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and automation.
