Job summary

TVS Supply Chain Solutions North America seeks an Implementat*ion/Transition Manager, Technical Field Services to bridge sales and BAU operations during client service implementations. You will set up services, brief suppliers, ensure contractual compliance, and manage transitions with governance to prevent scope creep.

The role requires coordinating with customer and internal teams, maintaining RACI/RAG logs, and ensuring go-live timelines, with travel up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Operations Management.
• 5+ years in implementation, client onboarding, service transition, or program management in 3PL, supply chain, logistics, or managed services.
• Experience managing RACI, RAG reporting or similar governance frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional influence in a matrixed organization.
• Certifications such as PMP/PRINCE2 and ITIL Foundation+; Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagement during transitions and ensure service go-live dates are met.
• Develop and maintain governance artifacts (RACI/RAG logs) and change notes; engage sales for new commercial negotiations.
• Coordinate with sales and operations to deliver contracted services and ensure handover to BAU.
• Prepare progress reports on transition milestones and ensure documentation is signed off with clients and partners.
• Travel as required (domestic and international) to client locations.
