Job summary

DMI, LLC in Atlanta, GA, seeks a Deputy Program Manager to join our team. You will serve as the primary technical and managerial liaison among the Contractor, CO, and COR, ensuring clear communication and high performance across contracted services.

Responsibilities include leading post-award activities, developing a Quality Control Plan, monitoring costs, coordinating with government monitors, and crafting transition plans for contract initiation and completion, with on-call coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Admin, Public Health, or related field; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 18 years of IT program management experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between Contractor, CO, and COR to ensure clear communication and high performance across contracted services.
• Lead post-award activities, including kick-off within five business days of the task award and minutes distribution.
• Develop and maintain a Quality Control Plan (QCP) and track metrics against the QASP to ensure contract deliverables meet standards.
• Monitor project financials, providing detailed reports that include budgeted, actual, and projected costs for all tasks across CLINs.
• Collaborate with the COR and Technical Monitors to address performance issues and respond to Government inquiries.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive Transition Plan detailing methodologies, timelines, resources, risks, and mitigations.
• Manage transition-in activities with knowledge transfer and GFE/GFI integration.
• Oversee transition-out with data/resources handover and risk reduction.
• Maintain on-call coverage to ensure continuity for Government stakeholders.
• Provide regular reports on program status, milestones, metrics, and risk management.
