Job summary

TVS Supply Chain Solutions North America in Atlanta seeks an Implementation/Transition Manager, Technical Field Services to bridge sales and BAU, set up services, brief partners, and ensure contractual compliance across transitions.

You will lead client engagement during handoffs, govern scope creep, maintain RACI/RAG, coordinate with Service Delivery and Partner Management, and drive service go-lives while supporting invoicing and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Operations Management.
• PMP/PRINCE2 and ITIL Foundation+ certifications preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bridge between sales and BAU operational services during transitions.
• Lead client engagement during transitions and govern scope creep with formal processes.
• Maintain RACI and RAG logs and coordinate with Partner Management to resolve supplier issues.
• Track transition progress and ensure go-live dates are met; coordinate with SDM and BAU teams.
• Support invoicing setup and reporting requirements across the transition.
