Responsibilities

• Provide technology support and break-fix for AV systems, computers, devices and software
• Deliver outstanding client service through support interactions
• Use endpoint management tools to support client devices
• Create and maintain documentation for technical issues and knowledge
• Set up and support AV/IT equipment for events
• Train and consult clients on IT/AV technology
