Qualifications

• Associate's degree with 5-7 years of relevant work experience or equivalent.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong AV technology and hybrid event support experience.
• Proficiency in macOS/Windows, video conferencing, and collaboration tools.
• CTS, Crestron, or Extron certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and manages Client AV technology services for classrooms, meetings, and events.
• Supervises Client AV Technologists and staff performance.
• Evaluates and implements improvements to AV capabilities and readiness checks.
• Develops standards, maintenance schedules, and equipment specs.
• Leads training and materials for users on AV systems.
