Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT or related field.
• 2 years of experience in a desktop technician role supporting Windows PCs.
• 2 years of experience with Stormont Vail Health IT systems.
• Experience deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting Windows 10 OS.
• Understanding of network-attached devices and services.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot PCs, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals promptly.
• Research and test new technology and recommend initiatives.
• Mentor Help Desk staff and provide instruction.
• Analyze and troubleshoot difficult client problems beyond Help Desk scope.
• Lead or participate in strategic IT projects as assigned.
• Maintain Help Desk training processes and technical documentation.
• Assist in Windows and Epic print environment setup and administration.
