Ideal candidates have 2 years in desktop support, a IT-related bachelor's degree, and strong communication skills to document configurations and procedures.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field.
• 2 years experience in desktop technician role supporting Windows PCs.
• 2 years experience with SVH Information Technology.
• Proficient in deploying and troubleshooting Windows 10 OS.
• Understanding of configuring and maintaining network-attached devices.

Aufgaben

• Troubleshoot PCs, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals timely and professionally.
• Research and test new technology; make recommendations for future initiatives.
• Provide instruction and mentorship to Help Desk staff.
• Analyze performance and resolve difficult client issues beyond Help Desk scope.
• Lead or participate in strategic projects from Help Desk Manager.
• Support and maintain Windows and Epic print environment setup.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for Help Desk training and operations.
• Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems and applications.
