A CSE is a resource utilized by the Help Desk for tough problems, as well as potentially any initiative that touches the client workstations. The CSE is the last step in the Helpdesk technical escalation path. Each CSE inspects the service activity for his/her assigned areas within the organization and is expected to review all service requests for their area of responsibility before the service request is routed to another team.
