United Talent LLC is urgently seeking a Client Support Administrator in Scott Depot, WV to handle tax returns, bookkeeping, payroll duties, and client support. The role requires attention to detail, strong accounting knowledge, and proficiency with QuickBooks to manage client accounts efficiently.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with seasonal extended hours, plus a Saturday shift. A relevant accounting degree is preferred, and referral bonuses are part of the benefits package.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of financial concepts related to taxation, bookkeeping, and payroll.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file federal and state tax returns for individuals and businesses.
• Prepare and process monthly bookkeeping for small businesses.
• Prepare/process payroll taxes and applicable returns.
• Review financial documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding their tax situation.
• Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks to manage client accounts.
• Stay current on tax laws and regulations to provide informed advice to clients.
• Assist clients in understanding their financial obligations and potential deductions.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information.
• Collaborate with team to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
