Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from clients with a focus on service quality.
• Resolve general inquiries such as username/password resets and address changes.
• Document call activity in Raymond James' proprietary system during calls.
• Coordinate problem resolution with relevant departments to satisfy customers.
• Follow up, in writing or verbally, to ensure customer satisfaction.
