Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee technical issues.
• Respond to Help Desk tickets and phone-based requests.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, connectivity, and common end-user problems.
• Configure and deploy laptops/desktops and peripheral equipment.
• Assist with onboarding and provisioning of devices for new hires.
• Track and document IT assets and equipment across locations.
• Log incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members when needed.
