Job summary

NextPath Workforce Solutions is seeking a Client Services Representative to join our client’s team in Memphis, TN. This hybrid, contract role offers the chance to work with a dynamic client services team and support customers across multiple channels.

In this position you will answer inbound calls, resolve basic inquiries, update records, and coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of recent customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
• Ability to type and speak on the phone simultaneously.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems at once.
• Experience using dual monitors.
• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound client calls while providing exceptional customer service.
• Resolve general inquiries, including username and password resets and address or phone number updates.
• Document call activity accurately in the company’s proprietary system while assisting clients.
• Respond to client inquiries and complaints by phone, correspondence, or in person.
• Research requests and problems using applicable policies, procedures, and resources.
• Coordinate problem resolution with the appropriate departments.
• Explain standard procedures and problem resolutions to clients.
• Follow up verbally or in writing to confirm client satisfaction.
• Determine the best resolution while ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Client Services Representative to join our client’s team in Memphis, TN. This is a hybrid, contract position.

SALARY: $23-$27 per hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
