Job summary

ADP is seeking an Associate Client Support Consultant for Spring 2026 graduates. You will be on the frontline solving clients’ challenges, resolving payroll issues, and guiding users on ADP technology to ensure client satisfaction.

The role focuses on serving clients with 1–49 employees, thrives in a metrics-driven call center, and rewards accuracy, trust, and professional communication while balancing teamwork and a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• At least one year in a customer service environment or HRIS with systems experience.
• Ability to work overtime during peak seasons.
• College degree is great but not required; other experiences may count (military, teamwork, adaptability).

Responsibilities

• Client Support: help clients manage their business using our solutions, troubleshooting payroll issues and coordinating with multiple units.
• Learn: continually upgrade knowledge on payroll, compliance, SOPs, admin practices, other products, and tools.
• Organize: adhere to a daily schedule and manage a high volume of inbound calls.
