Responsibilities

• Responsible for implementation, service, and profitable retention of existing clients.
• Liaise with producers, consultants, and clients to ensure program administration and service needs are met.
• Partner with clients and consultants on benefit strategies, renewals, benchmarking and service delivery.
• Maintain relationships with brokers, consultants, and key decision makers on assigned accounts.
• Support RFP opportunities and client enrollments and renewals.
