• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
• Ability to manage complex group benefits with vision offerings.

Responsibilities

• Fosters relationships with existing clients and brokers in the 50+ market to ensure retention and optimal client experience.
• Develops benefit strategies and opportunities to maximize client plans and revenue.
• Manages new group implementation and renewal processes with cross-functional teams.
• Serves as trusted advisor on industry trends and best practices for clients and brokers.
• Leads renewal analysis and contract reviews with clients or brokers to drive renewals.
