Job summary

Energize Group in Wilmington, NC seeks an Account Manager to nurture client relationships and coordinate marketing programs. You will manage a portfolio of about 35 clients, onboarding them and guiding strategy execution with cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities include performance analysis, adjusting strategies as needed, and maintaining professional client communication while using tools like GoHighLevel, Duda, Google Suite, Slack, and ClickUp.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or similar experience.
• Proven account management experience in marketing/agency.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact for a portfolio of clients with proactive support.
• Coordinate with internal teams to design and execute marketing strategies.
• Regularly analyze data and propose adjustments to meet goals.
• Maintain open, transparent client communication and professionalism.
• Operate proficiently with GoHighLevel, Duda, Google Suite, Slack, Dental Intelligence and ClickUp.
