Responsibilities

• Manages and maintains assigned book of business.
• Advises clients in reducing costs while offering competitive benefits options.
• Leads enrollment meetings and renewal processes with internal teams.
• Builds and maintains client relationships through proactive communications.
• Supports 5500 filings as applicable.
