Job summary

AlphaGraphics Northbrook / Deerfield is seeking a full-time Client Service Representative (CSR) to build positive relationships with customers and ensure their needs are met.

In this role you will serve as the primary contact for new business and existing clients, communicate product capabilities, process orders and billing, and coordinate with the support team to maintain service quality. Print/Signs experience and familiarity with PrintSmith Vision are highly valued.

Qualifications

• PrintSmith Vision experience mandatory.
• At least 2 years in Print or Signs.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Adobe Creative Suite knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as internal representative for new business and existing clients.
• Convey product capabilities to clients.
• Coordinate with the support team per policy.
• Handle orders, billing, and payments.
• Answer product questions and upsell other services.
