Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers.
• Ability to convey pricing and product capabilities to customers.
• Motivated to learn and improve in a fast-paced printing environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary internal representative of the organization.
• Convey our product, services, and capabilities and estimate pricing.
• Communicate customer requirements to the support team per policy.
• Take or enter orders, pricing, and manage lead follow-up and billing.
• Determine charges, collect deposits/payments, and arrange billing for printing services.
• Engage customers, answer questions, and upsell related products.
