Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Specialist I in Account Service to be the first point of contact for our clients, delivering exceptional customer service for a range of financial products. You will handle inbound calls, build relationships, and offer innovative solutions.

In a fast-paced call center, you will work within a defined framework, perform routine tasks, and escalate non-standard issues to supervision.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of phone or face-to-face customer service experience.
Ability to multitask across computer systems with accuracy.
Strong empathy, composure and sound judgment for complex interactions.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Adaptability to diverse cultures and fast-paced settings.
Proficient computer literacy in professional settings.
High school diploma or GED required.
