Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial construction administration or related field.
• Experience coordinating multiple service requests and customer accounts.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and construction management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage warranty and service requests from intake through closeout.
• Coordinate repair schedules with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Provide status updates to clients and maintain records in portals.
