Job summary

Pivot Interiors is seeking a Warranty & Repair Coordinator to manage warranty issues, new parts, and repair needs. You will debrief daily installation teams, input project status into our software, and liaise between manufacturers, Tech Services, Installation, and Operations to improve delivery timeliness and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as acknowledgments, purchase orders, and status reports.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence in English.
• Ability to present instructions and speak effectively, in English, with coworkers, vendors, and customers.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and percentages.
• Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra.
• Ability to calculate cost differences between budgeted and actual and determine appropriate corrections.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Ability to deal with problems involving several variables in standardized situations.

Responsibilities

• Receive and debrief daily installation and service personnel; manage warranty, parts, and repair needs.
• Maintain communication between manufacturers, clients, and service teams to ensure accuracy.
• Provide scheduling support and labor tracking data; generate timecards and labor reports.
