Northern Bank is seeking a Sales & Service Associate II to be the face of the Westford, MA branch. You will own the client relationship from first hello to full resolution, exercising sound judgment and taking initiative to get tasks done.

You will manage client needs across in-person, phone, and written channels; identify and pursue sales opportunities; conduct outbound calls to nurture relationships and uncover unmet needs; and support branch leadership with daily operations.

Formación

• Client-facing sales or service experience.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

• Serve as primary contact for clients from greeting to resolution.
• Build long-term relationships through follow-through and genuine care.
• Handle client interactions across in-person, phone, and written channels.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities in every interaction.
• Conduct outbound calls to existing and prospective clients.
• Present solutions and close with accountability.
• Support branch leadership with daily operations.
• Navigate ambiguous situations with good judgment.
