Job summary

North Easton Savings Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker II to drive exceptional customer experiences and lead branch operations in the absence of management. You will build lasting relationships, provide tailored financial solutions, and mentor junior bankers while supporting audits, cash settlement tasks, and ATM operations.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in banking, strong communication and sales skills, and a passion for community-focused service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
• 3–5 years in a customer-focused banking role.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and sales skills.
• Ability to lead junior bankers and mentor RB I.
• Rotating schedule Monday through Saturday.
