• Manage client interactions across in-person, phone, and written channels.
• Recognize sales opportunities during every client interaction, inbound or outbound.
• Conduct outbound calls to existing and prospective clients to build relationships.
• Present solutions and close — no handoffs.
• Support branch leadership with daily operational tasks.
• Navigate ambiguous situations with good judgment.
