Northern Bank is seeking a Sales & Service Associate II at our Sudbury, MA branch. You will be the face of the branch, owning the client relationship from first hello to final resolution.

You will identify sales opportunities, handle service issues, and deliver white-glove service across in-person, phone, and written channels, while coordinating with branch leadership to keep operations running smoothly.

Competenze

• High School diploma; Associates degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in a client-facing sales or service role.
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills and accuracy.
