Job summary

Rent One, Inc. in Sullivan, Missouri is seeking a Client Retention Specialist to help drive sales and retain customers by guiding them to affordable ownership of desired products. You will contact clients by phone and be the primary liaison between the client and the store, ensuring accurate information and timely payments.

Qualifications

• Experience in rent-to-own or retail is helpful but not required.
• Customer service, sales or call center experience is helpful but not required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain a suitable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Contact clients by phone and serve as the primary point of contact between the client and the company.
• Set daily collection goals and verify and maintain accuracy of customer information.
• Review sales rental orders for compliance and approval.
• Manage past-due accounts and work with clients to bring accounts to good standing with an affordable program.
• Act as a customer liaison to promote timely rental/lease payments and benefits.
• Assist other team members during peak activity, absences, or planned time off.
