Qualifications

• Previous rent-to-own experience is desirable and trainable.
• Customer service, sales, call center or collections experience in retail helps.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and driving record compliant with standards.

Responsibilities

• Contact clients by phone and serve as the primary liaison between client and company.
• Set daily collection goals and verify accuracy of customer information.
• Review sales rental orders for compliance and approval.
• Manage past-due accounts and help clients reach affordable ownership.
• Act as customer liaison to promote timely rental/lease renewals.
• Support co-workers during peak activity or planned time off.
