Rent One, Inc. in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Client Retention Specialist to strengthen customer relationships and help hit sales and retention goals. You will be the primary contact for clients, ensuring accurate data and timely, friendly service.

The role guides customers toward ownership by recommending affordable products while meeting budgets. On-the-job training is provided with opportunities for advancement and a generous benefits package.

Competenze

• Customer service and sales experience preferred, but training is provided.
• Experience in a retail or call center environment is helpful, not required.
• Must have valid driver's license and maintain acceptable driving record.

Mansioni

• Contact clients via phone and serve as the primary point of contact between client and company.
• Set daily collection goals and verify accuracy of customer information.
• Review sales rental orders for compliance and approval.
• Manage past due accounts and work with clients to return accounts to good standing.
