Qualifications

• Customer service, sales, or call center experience in retail is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Contact clients by phone and serve as the primary liaison between client and company.
• Set daily collection goals and verify and maintain accuracy of customer information.
• Review rental orders for compliance and approval.
• Manage past-due accounts and help clients get to ownership.
• Resell the benefits of timely rental/lease payments.
• Assist co-workers during peak activity, absences, or planned time off.
