Job summary

Rent One, Inc. is seeking a Client Retention Specialist to help customers achieve ownership by guiding them toward affordable solutions and providing best-in-class service.

In this role, you will contact clients, set daily goals, review orders, and support the store in achieving sales and retention targets while delivering friendly, reliable service. No experience required; on-the-job training is provided with opportunities for advancement and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales is helpful but not required.
• Ability to contact clients via phone and manage accounts.
• Valid driver’s license may be required for store duties.

Responsibilities

• Contact clients via phone and act as the primary liaison between client and company.
• Set daily collection goals and verify accuracy of customer information.
• Review rental/sales orders for compliance and approval.
• Manage past due accounts and help clients reach affordable ownership solutions.
• Promote timely rental/lease payments and client benefits.
• Assist other store colleagues during peak times or time off.
