Job summary

You will acquire, manage, and retain clients while ensuring compliance with banking regulations and licensing requirements. The role requires sales background and strong communication, with flexibility for branch hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven client acquisition and relationship growth.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor product benefits.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone to explain features clearly.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while maintaining risk/compliance standards.
• Must meet regulatory requirements and complete required training.
• Licensing path: SIE, Series 6, state registration, Life licenses; licensure within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meeting them in person and by phone to build relationships and recommend solutions.
• Engage in clear, polite consultative communication to understand needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions with the team.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
