Job summary

Nahan in Saint Cloud, MN seeks an Account Manager to manage projects from booking to completion, serving as primary client contact after award and coordinating with production teams to ensure timely delivery across direct mail, catalog, and digital projects.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in business (or 5 years in customer service) with strong communication and MS Office skills. This is a hybrid position with three days in the Saint Cloud office and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or 5 years of customer service experience.
• Knowledge of Direct Mail commercial print processes preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects across facilities with effective account leadership.
• Provide accurate job instructions to production for all project types (direct mail, catalog, digital, etc.).
• Proactively identify and address customer needs through project management and communication.
• Schedule and attend planning/production meetings; prepare agenda and minutes.
• Partner with Account Services and Sales to ensure full scope of partnership.
• Manage accurate scheduling across all system platforms; coordinate with clients and internal teams.
• Establish project priority with Client and internal Nahan team to meet deadlines.
• Prepare pre-invoices and deliver costs to Accounting in a timely manner.
• Travel as required.
• Support 6S initiatives.
• Follow all Nahan Safety and Quality Policies and Procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
