Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, fundraising, project management or related.
• Experience in an agency setting in the direct response fundraising or marketing industry is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of print, digital, and integrated campaigns for assigned client portfolio.
• Coordinate assets and allocate work to resources and project hours.
• Provide regular status updates to clients.
• Maintain account and project documentation for client and internal team.
• Collaborate with resource manager to secure staff resources and capacity.
• Consult with subject matter experts to execute marketing plans.
• Lead meetings and ensure projects are on time and meet quality expectations.
• Raise client issues to the appropriate people for resolution.
• Support onboarding and client communication throughout lifecycle.
